My husband cooks some. When we got married I caught him trying to fry eggs in a saucepan. I wouldn't let him near my kitchen again after he blew up my pyrex dish. (Set the dish on a hot stove, then poured in cold milk) Years later he started working as a dishwasher in a kitchen. He worked his way up to salads then helped prep meals. He has learned to cook some things better than I can. So I have to let him back into the kitchen now.

I'd like to teach my children one day how to cook. Your family is a very good example for everyone to follow. At least they are independant enough to cook on their own when no one's around.

one of my hubby's hobbies is cooking and he does it so good. i always give him the floor of doing that chore whenever he has time and feels like doing so. my relatives and friends likes his cooking and i don't mind them saying that he cooks better than i do. it's a common knowledge that most of the best known chefs in the world are men. i am glad to have one in our home. i am proud he's my man. :)

Oh yes, the cleaning part is another thing. But well, at least he'll survive on his own.

My father is good in cooking while my mother doesn't cook at home. He often cooks when in holidays season.

My hubby is a good cook, a better cook than me. But dont tell him that i said that, because he'll never let me live that down. I usually do the cooking at home, because i am a stay-at-home-mom. And it comes along with the job, (i guess...lol). anyways, my hubby cooks on the weekends, when he he claims that he wants 'real food'... lol. hey i'm not complaining, atleast i get a break from cooking.
