Is there a best medicine for Cold (Running Nose :)

Is there a best medicine for running nose (Cold), how do you avoid it.. give the response by your own experience.. How long will it take to be normal once its affected for you :), according to me there is no best medicine so far.. what do you think about it?

My colds (which I rarely get) will be a max maybe of 5 days or so? The best way to prevent colds, the flu, etc is to build up your immune system. I do this by getting enough rest. Taking vitamins everyday. Getting enough sleep. Exercising and taking care of my body.

i dont think there is one that works, it just passes in time. However i do think eating lots of garlic helps to prevent you getting a cold, I think people keep away from you so you dont catch one lol

i have tried CETIRIZINE HYDROCHLORIDE and i found it useful in use as it is anti-allergic and doesn't have any side effects and is very effective in curing cold and keeping it far from u if u take it regularly till the time cold goes away completely.
so have a nice time ahead.

how can one say directly a medicine for running nose, i have many people with this problem and got treated successfully at later point of time.in my knowledge there is a treatmant, try comsulting some good doctor and follow just one doctor.

the best way to prevent it is to drink a lot of water, take your vitamin c for protection and wash your hands as frequently as possible. :-)
