No. This is not an *either-or* case. The youth and beauty of today is tomorrow's age and wisdom.

well whereever u go they say that we need youth not wisdom as youth are ready to take risks.....

wisdom too is willing to take risks. My friend is an acrobatic pilot and he is now 65 yrs. old, he crashed just last year but he survived.
