Breakfast: what do you eat when you have time?

Now I'm not saying the grab a cup of coffee and a piece of toast before you run out the door to work or school. I'm mean if you had the time -what type of breakfast would you prefer? Be specific. I like a cheese omelette, toast and juice with hot chocloate or hot tea with lemon.

whatever you eat as breakfast, dont ever skipp breakfast.it will help increasing metabolism!Do you know what is metabolism and how important it is? Different people has different rate of metabolism. People with faster metabolism gets to burn off fat and calories faster where the people with slower metabolism, sad to say have to work extra harder just to keep fit. 1. Get active -don’t forget to be more active in your daily life too. 2. Eat little and often - there’s evidence that eating small, regular meals throughout the day, rather than one or two large meals 3. Eat plenty of protein-rich foods - make sure you choose low-fat protein foods such as lean meat, skinless chicken and low-fat dairy products. 4. Spice up meals - it’s not an old wives tale after all! Spices like chilli are thought to raise metabolism by up to 50 percent for up to three hours after eating, due to increasing your heart rate. But before putting the local Indian takeaway on speed dial, work out which curries have the lowest calorie and fat content. 5. Swap you daily cuppa for green tea - 6. Try a CLA supplement - conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) might increase muscle and therefore boost metabolism. 7. Chill out - research shows that being very cold can increase metabolism by up to 20 percent. 8. Have a sauna - being very hot is also thought to boost metabolism by about 20 percent (but check you don’t have any underlying medical problems that mean you shouldn’t go in saunas or steam rooms).

I sometimes like pancakes for breakfast when I have time. I also like oatmeal or some other hot cereal with cinnamon and raisins mixed in. I also like to drink hot tea or juice.

I'm not a big breakfast eater, so I just have a bowl of grapefruit segments followed by a bowl of cereals and a cup of tea. Later in the morning, I usually have another cup of tea with some toast. When I am holidays, I might indulge in some bacon, tomatoes and an egg because there is no telling how long I will have to go without lunch.

if I have time, really enough time what I want for a heavy breakfast is a cup of hot chocolate with whip cream and a dash of cinnamon powder, fried rice with scrambled egg, bacon, tomatoes and a homemade sausage and lastly a cup of apple waldorf salad and end it up with a 4 season juice

It's not very often that I have breakfast although I do enjoy a bacon roll sometimes. Every now and again I will make a full cooked breakfast (especially if we have guests) which I put on trays and let everyone help themselves to what they want, this consists of: Bacon Square/Lorne Sausage Link Sausage Black Pudding Fruit Pudding Fried Egg Tomatoes Mushrooms Potato Scones Fried Bread Certainly not the healthiest of breakfast but it doesn't hurt once in a while.

Cereal and milk, and some coffee. Eggs if I have the time. I always eat something for breakfast, it really is the most important meal of the day.

I really like 2 eggs overeasy and toast to dunk in the yolks. I also really like just plain old oatmeal w/ lots of milk and sugar.
