Need repair help on Brother FAX , Model (fax-737MC)

Hi dear ; The equipment mentioned above can comunicate by the telephone ,can copy & recieve the documents , but can not send the documents ? ! the send communication with other fax is ok , but can not send the document, or the drive motor does not respond after the fax start button is pressed .
