I have to say my favorite all time cheese cake is Cherry Cheesecake. I have made cheese cake in various ways, and varieties and I also like Pineapple on top of it, strawberries. I love the Pound cake, but I like to put a little fruit on top just to enhance it, or over do it, whatever, it taste so good!

HOT MILK SPONGE CAKE Ingredients: 1 stick of butter or margarine 1 cup milk 2 cups flour (any kind) 1 1/2 cup sugar 3 eggs 1 1/2 teas baking powder 1 1/2 teas vanilla In microwave or saucepan on stove, heat milk and butter until melted, DO NOT SCALD. Set aside. In large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients well and slowly add the warm milk mixture while beating (electric hand mixer preferred on medium speed) until most of the lumps are gone. There may be some lumps leftover. Bake in well-greased loaf, bundy=t, tube or cake pans for about one hour at 350 F degrees. Do NOT open oven to check on cake before 45 minutes have passed to avoid center drop. Depending on where you live, you may need additional baking time. Cool or if eating warm, wait about 20 minutes before cutting into. You can frost, decorate, add fruit toppings or ice cream, sprinkle confectioner's sugar on it or eat plain. I like it plain and warm with a glass of milk!

As for me, my favorite is Chocolate cake. In fact, i love all chocolate-based cakes. I love Chocolate Mud cake. My favorite are the ones made by Thank God It's Friday (TGIF). Though they are not cake or bakery shop, they make delicious and excellent cakes. Just like osome of myLotters that i have read their responds, I also like eating other cake flavors too such as Carrot cake, cheese, mocha, coffee and fruit cakes and fruit based flavors. I look forward to attending functions especially hi-tea because i get to eat varieties of cakes. Even at buffets, i will go to the desert section first to check out their cakes.

Oh wow. That sounds delicious. I am sure it's tasty as the name. Anyway, my favorite cakes are moist plain blueberry and blueberry cheese. No matter how full my stomach is at that time, i will still have these cakes if they're in front of me. Actually, i am not that fussy when it involves cakes. I love eating almost all of them. Among other cakes that i like are chocolate, vanilla, black forest, mocha, coffee, orange, strawberry, all cheese based, almond and carrot cake.
