Me, I can go back to sleep pretty easy as long as I'm not uncomfortable...
I'm a very hard sleeper, sometimes it's hard to wake me up...lol
Normally when I wake up and I'm groggy feeling, I lay in bed for a few minutes before I get up to give my body prepared...Sometimes I hate waking up to get ready for work...I just spend a few minutes watching tv or something before start my day...

Caffine! LOL That is what I use. I guess everyone is different as my husband walks on the treadmill to make his groggyness go away.

just look at ur face in mirror...and start laughing loudly...and then u can practise some yoga exercises...to make u feel fresh...believe me...it'll refresh u
