Everyone wants to be beautiful. Some people are born with it. While a lot have to struggle with a myriad of imperfections-flat nose, freckled face, dark skin, fat, short, the list goes on. But even those we think are already beautiful still have issues regarding their looks. In short we all share some insecurities with our face and body-the way they look. So, how far would you go for vanity? Would you consider having cosmetic surgery?
