Best university for Speech and Language therapy

I'm looking for the best university to attend for Speech and language therapy. Although I can find reports on the best Uni's (Times etc) these don't seem to break down to show individual subjects. What Uni has the best results for my chosen subject?

Don't that depend in which country you're from? Perhaps if you'd specify a bit more it'd be easier answering to your question.
