Who gave me RATE before and which of my friends are welling to give me RATE for my discussions they like or for my good answers?

i give + rate 80% of the time, 10% i don't rate it because i just ignored it, 9% i give - rate because it's rude, offending, flame, or just simply answer blindly without reading the topic discussion. I gave you + rate =)

yes, always try to reply friends' discussions, rate their comments. also need such help and feedback from my friends.

I always rate the discussions I respond to.. I hope others do the same.. When I first signed up I read a post that said its away you can tell if you have already posted to that discussion and I think it works out well :)

I don't understand the second part of what you posted here. but I do the same. I rate my friends, when they put a discussion on when they answer at my discussion. I also rates the pictures. Rating a picture will bring more earnings
