Do you cook with garlic salt or salt?

when my mom cooks, she always puts salt on the food she is making. i like garlic salt on the spaghetti bread though.

usually every thing i cook meat wise i use garlic salt, it just makes the food taste alot better

I cook meat with garlic salt and cook everything else with regular salt.

I use both garlic and salt on my food. I think without them food doesn't taste as good.

You are better off using just garlic powder to cook with and then add the salt afterwards if you want to. One it is healthier but also the salt does not really add to the flavor while it is cooking. Also with garlic powder the garlic is stronger and goes a lot further. I use garlic in a lot and I leave the salt on the table for anyone who wants to add it in on their own.

I'm stuck with fake salt myself. Boohoo poor me! I do use a lot of garlic though.

I have to cook everything with salt! Salt is my fav, sometimes people tell me I go overboard..lol...but i am definatly a salt freak, gotta have it on everything.
