why is it when men seek sucess they tend to forget about family

One of the hardest thing in a man's life is to reach an equilibrium between his strife for a professional(career) success and the ultimate devotion to his family (spouse and children). The problem is that you can't completely focus on both of those at once. You need to find a lot of time for that.
