Do catholics follow the Bible

            I really find things confusing with the catholic church help me out

                    Simply put, I believe followers of the Catholic faith follow the bible as they interpret it-kind of like any other religion. What exactly are you finding confusing? Perhaps I could answer this in more detail if you name specifics.

Firstly IDOLS or likeness however u take it,
1. read 1 john 5:21
Keep yourself away from idols
2. deutronomy 5:8,9
Thou shalt not make any graven image or any likeness of anything in heaven above or .....
Thou shalt not BOW down thyself unto them or serve them
Worshipping or praying to Mary and other Saints
1. Act10:25,26
And as Peter was coming in ....., Cornelius fell down at his feet and worshipped him, BUT PETER TOOK HIM UP SAYING " stand up I MYSELF ALSO AM A MAN" 
2. I Timothy 2:5 
For there is one God and ONE mediator between god and men : Christ Jesus
