How to improve the spoken English?

since i came in Mylot, i feel i can write more and more articles in English,i think reading English articles can increase your vocabulary and reading comprehension.i am glad to come in Mylot.but it is hard for me to catch English spoken at a high speed,can you tell me how to improve it?

I have the same questions as you do.My spoken english is not very well,i think spoken english is very important,i hope find out a best way to improve it,let's collect good ideas.

The only way to try to comprehend spoken English at high speed is to watch TV programs that are in English or live radio that is in English.
Perhaps buy a DVD and turn off the sub-titles(or make the sub-titles french, so you are not tempted to read them) and see if you can follow what is going on.

just more practices!
you could tune in Easy FM which is 91.5 Mhz here in Beijing, its cri.com, china radio international.
also buy some dvd, they are really helpful in helping your spoken english, as you always could chose diferrent languages with diferrent subtitles!
the best way is to practice with your partners!

A thing that had help me a little bit with my english when it comes to spoken it's to speak with my friends. I have a very good friends at my job and we always telling each other some sentence in english. And sometimes when I don't know the word I'm trying to say I ask her. But also at my job I have to help people sometimes in english. So it also helps me.
You can also try cdroom that help you with languages.
