What are the best way to ease stress and tension?

Stress i hate it but it annoys me. Im having a problem on stress since i start to work and im looking for some remedies on how to feel good and push stress away.

You'll have to do a lot of things for stress not to overtake you. There are vitamins and food supplements to revitalize you. There are healthy foods around to give you all the needed nutrients day in and day out. There are weekends to enable you to relax those muscles and ease up the mind, making you ready again for the next week of work.

im taking a multivitamins but not everyday it's because i forgot to drink sometimes in a single day. I think i have to take vitamins for the brain first before i take vitamins for my body right? lol.. but seriously thanks for the advice il put that in mind.

The best way for me to ease stress and tension is to take a deep breath and blow it out, also exercise and eat well. Also taking a long walk.This helps me.

oh wow yeah i think the only thing i can do is to take a deep breath since i cant exercise because im a night person got to think of alternatives.. Thank you so much for the advice..

drink a lot of water exercise and sleep 8 hours a day.

a very good way to fight stress is thinking of good things, things that are positive, things that make you happy and not sad, glad not mad, think of fun people you know personally that are fun to have around. Avoid thinking of bad memories, o.k. have fun thinking positive. God bless you.
