Have you ever been in a car accident that's not your fault?

i have also been involved in car accidents due to other's faults. my brand new car was involved in two accidents, for no fault of mine. and it really pains me a lot.

Okay I have a very large plank of wood under each arm .. so I can say ... I have only been in one car accident .. touch wood I'm never in another .. We were in a queue of cars ... the hold up was plain to all .. the weather was perfect .. a nice sunny day with no glare .. and yet the woman behind us simply didn't stop ... Luckily my boyfriend realised she wasn't going to stop and was able to warn me ... so we'd both been able to 'brace' ready for impact ... and he had flashed madly at the driver in front to say something was happening ... we went into the back of the next car and they went into the back or the one in front of them etc etc ... They calculated the speed she was doing to around 40mph ... but no one was hurt at all ... although I still say it was that accident that started my fibromyalgia syndrome off ..

i have only been in one car accident that i was the driver and it was just my car and a telephone pole. so i guess it was my fault even though it was because i hit black ice.

When I was ten years old I had been in a car accident, another car hit my father's car and the hit was very hard. The car was boken in a part but me, my father and my mother were ok!

i have been in a few that were not fy fault and 1 or 2 that was.
