Stop blaming others for your problems

When we have a problem, it is easy to blame others and situations for what happened. Well it is time to stop blaming others for your weight problems, your gambling addictions, your lack of financial success. Stop blaming!! Realize that the problems you are having is a direct result of something you did. For example, if you are over weight, you decided to eat more than you should. You decided to eat more sugar and fat than vegetables and lean meats. You decided not to exercise and sit on the couch or lay in your bed and watch television. You are doing these things! No one is telling you to do it, so you can't blame your mother, father, brother or sister. You can't blame society, or the people who bullied you while you were in school. Another scenario, you are broke. Well you decided that you didn't want to finish high school, nor get your GED. You decided that since you didn't finish school, you couldn't go to college and since you didn't go to college, you settle for a dead end job doing data entry. You get paid once a week and all your money go towards bills and rent and if you are lucky, you might get to eat. Since you aren't educated and never liked reading and taking advice, you never save money or invest in real assets. So you stay broke. Then you decide you want to blame, the man, the woman, the new employee, educated people, your family, friends etc because no one told you how to get out of your situation. So you stay broke and you can't blame no one but yourself....
