When someone cheats on their partner, is it forgivable and can a cheater change their ways? Do you have personal experience wit this subject?

Some people, who cheat once, never do it again once they resolve the underlying issue that caused the infidelity to begin with. However, others are serial cheaters and will always cheat, no matter who it is or how devoted the person is to the cheater.
