Do you live in a multi-generational household?

Why? Do you like it? hate it? My husband and I built an in-law apartment to our home, for my mother-in-law. It is very difficult at times, but as she is 74, and not in the best of health, I think it is good for my children to know her and be able to go see her when ever they like. It is tough because she wants to know about every aspect of our lives and we have very little privacy. The fact that I have 2 teens and a child under a year also throws another generation into the mix. (that generation can be tough too) So, who knows what my little ones will learn or remember from thier youth? My 2 year old thinks everyone has a NANA living across from the laundry room.LOL
