is sachin era near its end

No he not ended yet . he will play after the world cup too.he might be in team for atleast 4 years . if sachin era enda automatically all the seniors era will be ended .what do u say?

sachin still continues to be in excellent form. his half century in the 3rd odi against west indies and his magnificient 41st century in the 4th odi of the same series proves his ability... so his era is not towards the end

i also thinks sachins time is over its time for the youngsters to play

no i completely disagree with people who think that Sachin is no longer a great player. Its been 17 years, and out of those 17 years he has spent 8-9 years as the sole Batsman of India. It was as if if Sachin scores India will win otherwise we'll loose. Then he was playing a different role in the team. There wasn't anyone to fall back on. Now, time has changed, our team has changed. Now he has a different role to play in the team and i think he's doing fine with it. he's not scoring centuries (as you cannot score more because he comes at No.4 now, thanks to our stupid team management) but otherwise he is still making runs. I think he has put us Indians in a very bad habit of expecting ONLY centuries from his bat everytime he goes into bat! Guys please think a little, after all he is still a Human and not God. Give him some space, he will surely show you who he is once the world cup is on!
