How much do you get paid on myLot?

I have read everything there is to read on here and I didn't see anything that state our salary. Can some one let me know how much we get paid?

The minium payout is $10 but you can set it higher
if you want, you'll get paid what you have earned before
the end of the month and then they pay you around the 15th of every month (if you have over $10)
