Cold sore help!

I have a terrible tendency to break out on my face and never leave the acne alone. Now I have a cold sore and to very bad places of acne that just look horible. I try to leave them alone, but I don't know why it seems so hard to keep messing with them.
Need something to get rid of the cold sore and the acne that I have turned into something much larger, help!
Any suggestions?

first you feel confident with acne and cold sore and realise that they are natutral and affect everybody. never bother about it and feel that it will affect your looks.people always think about their looks and try to present their best face forgetting the fact that the opposite person is also thinking about his own face and no time for him to analyse yours

COming in late to htis discussion - but for cold sores - as soon as ytou feel the tingling, apply an ice cube directly to the hot spot. It stops the virus from multiplying - and can kill it off if you catch it in time. Once the blister is out, use methylated spirits to help dry it out.
For large pimples- try toothpaste! Really! My son had a HUGE pimple - really swollen last night, He put a dab of toothpaste and with minutes it reduced in size. Today it is alreay dry. Try it.
