I Like To Do People!

I have a stuffy head and an achy back, so nothing deep or inspirational from me today. I got all that out on my blog earlier. But! I have a funny observation that probably isn't that funny to anyone else.
I'm always amused when I respond to a discussion in 'people' because it asks if I want to add 'people' under 'hobbies that I enjoy'.
All I can think of is someone asking me 'Oh, hobbies? What do you like to do?" and me responding with: "People!". It's just an unfortunate word association that I can't shake.
I never said I didn't have a juvenile sense of humor.

I think we all have that juvenile sense of humor its just that most people stiffle it. I have noticed that same thing and wondered what that was really about. I never thought about someone asking what I like to do and me saying people. i would love to see the expression on someones face when you answered like that. FUnny.

I actually don't have 'people' list of interests. I say don't stifle that fourteen year old sense of humor! Let it run free! We'd probably be a lot happier if we weren't repressing it. :D

LOL!!!!!!!! I'd never noticed that. That is too funny, honestly! I am going to have to add 'people' under 'hobbies that I enjoy' when/if I see it, just to amuse myself. *laugh* Thanks for pointing this out! I really got a chuckle out of it, and I needed one this afternoon. ^_~

Sorry to hear you are feeling rough ...hope you get better soon ..I just want to share my reaction to something simular. I answered a post about throwing out battery operated toys and they asked me if I wanted to add that as one of the things I enjoy ...LOL ... yes I run around to all my friends housess with kids and throw away their battery operated toys as well...woot ..what a life I live right...

I suppose it depends on your definiation of 'hobbie'. To me it is something you or don't do as the mood takes you. Well as far as people are concerned, I can either be bothered or not bothered with them, depending on what mood I'm in. So in that respect I suppose they can be classed as a hobbie.

Hey, get a life you looser. Stop worrying about doing people. Get off the computer, go out,and talk to people for real. Life is to short to sit in front of these stupid machine and type about such lame stuff.

I'm not as swift as I once was, and didn't catch that one on my own, but yeah I've seen it, and that is funny! I see nothing wrong with a juvenile sense of humour, the hubby makes me laugh with similar kinds of observations all the time, I like absurdity ... and hey I think it keeps us sane. Cheers!

this was funny lol..i don't dare look at the unorganised mess my profile is in..well with this tagging thing..it just says tag this tasg that and i just bung everything everywhere..it's as crammed i there as my overcrowded mouth with too many teeth in it..

I have to admit, I do hae the same sense of humor. I think it is funny how this site categorizes things. I never thought of "people" as a hobby before. Although, for some people I know, they do have that hobby =)

I have seen a few strange ones that people had listed as hobbies and one was life. I never realised that life itself was considered a hobby.

I'm sorry you are feeling ill. Seems like something is going around everywhere, huh? We still have a cold, or the flu or mold poisoning...whatever it is. Hopefully it goes away soon!
I've noticed quite a few funny ones when I've responded to people's topics...I had a really funny one a couple days ago and now I can't think of what it was :-( darn it!

lol i was just chatting with a friend online talking about some of these discussions when i came to yours and said get a load of this one I like to do people ! I said i hope that was a misuse of words lol then i saw it wasnt. lol we had a good laugh thank you it may be juvinlie but it was funny!
