There's a long standing row down here in Devon between the powerboaters and the sail boats. To me sailing is too much hard work and soooo slow, you can't beat the feeling of a boat at top speed crashing against the waves. It's so much more fun than pootling along at 5 knots.. What do you think? Do you prefer a Suzuki V6 on the back or the nice hum of a little seagull engine pushing you serenly through the water??

Oh sounds like fun! Although don't you feel sailing can be a bit monotomous on a day to day basis if it's your hobby? Oh don't talk to me about boat shows, 3 or 4 a year for the last 5 years.. groan (I used to work for a powerboat company so had to go!) **Thanks for your response**
