When they go to court, they are not aloud to swear on the bible, what are they susposed to do? can any tell me what they have to to?

We would simply swear on the old testament....a copy of the Torah for instance. Either way its not necessary to swear on a bible. The Oaths act of 1978 permits witnesses to take an oath or make an solemn affirmation. Hope this answers your question.

I guess, they wil have to not swear then and try to give their testimony that way if the judge allows it.
