Well, that is so a good one. I would go with whatever the hermaphrodite wants to do, the choice is his or hers.

i guess it would depend on how the society at large views him or her. i mean how he or she assumed himself or herself when he or she was living in his or her own family and community. maybe they will also bring in some specialist and some psychologist to assess that person if he or she is more of a man or a woman. that way he or she can be brought to the proper prison.
