pay pal stinks - cartoon

I've seen a few different organizations and business that could apply to. Sad I know but there are many times I feel that they are like that. I know I had some issues with paypal wanting the account to be verified before I could do anythign with it but receive. I managed to get that but it irritated me because it sure didn't say I had to before I signed up for it. Still what can you do? If you want your money you have to jump through their hoops.
