Why do you work? what is your goal?

I work so that I can keep myself busy untill I wait for exam results, which will be hopefully released in two months time. My goal is to earn some pocket money and thereby try to reduce the burden I put on my family(especially my dad).

My goal for this week is to pay the rent, so we dont get evicted. In my opinion, its things such as having somewhere to live, and food to eat, that are the "fruits of our labour" so to speak. Survival of the fittest is no longer true, now its survival of the richest LOL And the only way to make money is to earn it, by working... hence the reason people work in my opinion.
