Tech support or Process Associate - Tax Process? Which is better. Please help me

Guys! please help me i started to work in Tech support before 2 months with an agreement of 1 1/2 years bond. Now i got a better job Proces Associate- Tax process, now i am totally confused which one to choose, the pay is very good in Tax, but less in tech support. Now you guys help me out to choose which as a career.
