What Does Star Notify on the Name with some No. on it?

Some people have star on their names in myLot and i donot have it what it means? And how i could get ? is it they are mostly rated high or they are the biggest referrals? Please do comment on it i am NEW 2 this Site. Thank you

When you reach a 100 you get one and the numbers are for the ratings other people give you it will go up or down depending on your discussions and responses.
