Kids dont listen!!!

how to make a 5 year kid listen?? he yells at his parents telling no all the time. any measures?? tried many. didnt work out. need help!!

if that was my child i would have a chat with her and tell her this isn't right and it's disrespectful, if she didn't listen to me then i would slowly start to punish her and not buy her any toys or sweets or anything like that, usually this works for a lot of children because they soon learn theer lesson! good luck! :O)
