Agree and disagree

The right to anger with others is not a problem in any society;it is the right to disagree that is crucial. It is the institution of private property that protects and implements the right to disagree. How do you interpret these views?

I'm not really sure I understand the question. I think you are saying each person is entitled to their own opinion. And it is ok to disagree as long as everything stays civil, right?
