Inheritance tax in Texas

Well we just got back from my mother in law's memorial service. The night before we left his uncle read the will to my husband and his sister. According to her last will and testimony she left my husband her car and everything in her house. My mom tells us we will have to pay inheritance tax on the stuff. Was wondering if anyone in TEXAS has gone through anything similar if they would share some insights for us? Or if anyone might know of a site to get more information! Thanks again!
