Thinking of your worst fear, how much money would it take to get you to overcome it? Tell me your worst fear? How much would it take for you to overcome it? Is there any amount of money?

My worst fear are rats. Just writing the word makes me shake. I can´t even stand looking at them on a picture or TV. I feel such a strong mixture of disgust and fear towards these creatures that I don´t think any amount of money can make me overcome it.

Thank you for responding. I can totally relate to that I feel that way about most bugs in general but spiders for me are the worst. Good Luck to you here at mylot!

I personally am terrified of maggots and I don't think there could be enough money to make me overcome it. I have tried countless times, but the fear is always there. It's terrible in the summer when we have to go empty the compost bin as it's always full of them. One time I threw the bag into the compost and just couldn't close the bin. LOL, I'm sure I looked like a fool running away, but I dont' care. I got my mom to go close it for me later.

My greatest fear is being buried alive. Obviously, I would accept no amount of money to have myself buried alive. But the fear has kept me from doing things that I would love to try. Spelunking is something that I think would be a blast. Exploring old caves is something that my brothers would do when we were kids. I never could because of the fear that the cave would colapse on top of me. Skiing is another thing that I don't like to do. ON the minor slopes, perhaps. But anything with large snowpacks scares the crud out of me. Avalanches bury people alive. I don't know if money could help me overcome this fear. I could name a price, but whent he time came to pay the piper, I don't know if I could go through with the experiment.

Thank you for your response. I agree, being buried alive scares me also. We have a number of mining caves that do tours close by and I have never been able to bring myself to do it for fear of getting stuck inside. As for paying the piper I can hole heartely agree, when it came time to actually do the fear I doubt if I could either. Good luck to you here at mylot!

My worst fear? ummmm.... I would have to say spiders. They are creepy (with their eight legs and too many eyes) and they can get in just about anything!! and they bite! I'm sure there is an amount of money, but I can't think of it.

Thank you for your response. I too hate spiders. When I have watched fear factor and seen people eat bugs, letting bees swarm all over them, climbing into aquariums filled with smakes, I always think to myself that their is no amount of money that would get me to do those things. Good luck to you here at my lot!

My worst fear would have be Snakes. When i was about 3 years old My sister and I were playing in our sand box in the back yard when my sister told me not to move and yelled for my dad. He came over with a shovel and chopped the head off of the snake. Ever since then I have been afraid of snakes. No amount of money would make me go near one.

WOW great question, My worst fear is being attacked by dogs. See this has already happened to me twice in my life. once when I was six and again when I turned 30! The second attack made me a total lunatic about dogs.If we go somewhere and there are dogs I cannot get out of the car.literally! I am not sure if I would be able to honestly say if there is enough money to overcome that one! I watch Fear factor and when they do that one where the people get attacked by dogs, and they are wearing those big puffy suits so they cannot get hurt I cry! It would have to be a couple million at least!

Thank you for the response. I can't say as I blame you, I was attacked by my own dog when I was 2, and have always had a small fear of dogs, nothing as strong as yours, but you have good reason to be afraid. Fear factor is what prompted the question. I see people doing things and I always think to my self there isn't enough money in the world to get me to do most of those things, especially eating bugs or worms! UGH!!!!! Godd luck to you here at mylot!

I'm very much afraid of deep water and there is not enough money in the world for me to overcome that fear.Trust me...I have been made fun of because of that...but this a almost paralizing fear and money would not change that.
