Reducing Stress

People have different ways of escaping stress and difficulties of modern life. Some read; some exercise; others works in their garden. What do you think are the best ways of reducing stress? Why?

There are two things, one is stress and the second is tension. For stress I have a body massage once every month to relax my muscles. The body massage is also one kind of addiction like I have one more bad addiction of smoking. For tension I go to a garden, relax and think in the peaceful atmosphere.

A medical experts teach me how to relieved stress in a very simple manner, if your at stress take a couple of deep breath as it will ease your muscles and will be relieved of your stress. The next thing is try to take medicines like Stresstabs its a multi vitamins for stress, my internist have recommended it to me as I have stress induced ulcer as well as try to relax a lot of times and rest.

I do yoga for stress relief. Stretching out your muscles reduces so much stress. I also listen to relaxation tapes right before I fall asleep, that really works to make you feel so good in the morning.
