The Internet is the entire connected networking of computers that spans the globe.Millions of servers host billions of web pages, email groups, discussion lists, and FTP sites.
The Internet is everything online, including email,FTP,Newsgroups,Gopher sites,Chat programs , and so on.
The World Wide Web is a relative latecomer, with the first web
server coming online in 1991,but it is now a huge portion of the Internet. The Web is made up of connected web pages that contain text, graphics, and animations.
A key component to the World Wide Web is hyperlinks-text or
graphic links that allow the user to navigate to other web pages. This is made possible by Hyper Text Markup Language,or
HTML.

Well, that is so good to know. I have never thought of it that way before. Thanks for sharing that.
