what you usually do when you are depress?

me, i wanna hang out with my friends, talk to my best friend or be alone in my room to think things over. i dont want to take things so seriously coz i'll go crazy if i do that. i wanna be calm as possible as i can be coz if not, i'll be desperate and dont know what to think right.

I will get cranky when I depress and it is best if I avoid all human contact. I choose to sleep and I personally think that it is the best way without hurting anyone or the need of entertaining people. Once I awake I will start fresh like nothing happen. I know that some people will eat when they are depress and that behavior is actually is not healthy. It is often refer as "feeding his/her unhappiness". Good thing that you are not this type and I personally think that your ways of handling depression is much more healthier than mine. Sleeping is pretty much avoiding the problem with the hope once you wake up , you forget everything.

im only in the mood to eat as many as i can if im angry with someone or disappointed, but not always. i wish that it would be my behavior too when i get depressed so that i will gain weight because im really skinny. but i love of who i am. (",)

when i am depressed...i will keep on talking with my family, relatives , my friends....mostly i go out with friends....mostly go for movies....keep chatting...try to have some fun in all the way possible, if possible i prefer to go for outing....but i really dont like to keep on thinking about my reason of depression...it makes me more sad and depressed!!

If i feel depressed i usually pray and ask for his help so that it will lessen my depressions..I also call up my friends and talk to them about how I feel.when someone listens to me and comforts me i feel relieved and it lessens my depression..

yes, sharing to someone what you feel inside would lessen the burden and stress from the depression that you feel.

Depression comes from emotion. Don't let emotion take control of you. Take control of your emotions. Just always say to yourself it's just a feeling you are having.

Well, sometimes its unavoidable that we feel depressed for the day..but for the health its not a good side, i believe in Meditation which will balance our mind and helps to be normal at situations

During my college days, I go to the parlor and have my hair cut whenever I feel depressed.. Now, I just sit down and get something to eat.. and ZOOM! No more depression!! Just some fats to burn.. :)
