I know many of us have had points disappear. I would really appreciate it if everyday when they posted your earnings they also gave a list of your lost points and what responses and discussions caused it. Surely it would not be too hard to install software to do this. What do you think.

I completely agree! It would be nice so we would know exactly what we did wrong so to avoid doing so in the future. It took me 2 weeks and tons of messages everyday to find out why one of my discussions was deleted. Come to find out I asked a question that involved a one word answer, but forgot to add the "Why" in there. Something that simple and tons of members lost points because of it and didn’t know why.
I like, you would think it would not take much to do.

Not the earnings but your points. One time you looked at your points and they were so much and then a few minutes later you realize they have gone down instead of up. Ihave closed down for the night and the next morning my points have dropped.

I am clueless to this I wasnt aware that people were losing points i know sometimes i would hit the post response button and the point wouldnt go through. Im now wondering if this has to do with losing points. You learn something new everyday on mylot.

I think we lose lots of things, not only the star rating. But it is about what we have offered and what we are told to offer. If our discussions or answers are bad and we were rated by another member with a minus (-), then we are supposed to have the concequences.

It would be nice to find out why we lose point, and in this, we would be able to respond in a better way, so that we don't lose points in the future.

i wish they would send us an alert messages why they deleted our points. then they would not need any software if it was for the same reason as others than they could send it in bulk alert or through our messages.i think this would be easy.but im not expert.

This just happened to me and I'm NOT happy! It could be because I offended someone, but I always try to post something thoughtful and pertinent to the discussions. Some people are so childish and petty!
