Rant about Food Stamps

Now, I'm not fussing about the families that actually NEED to have food stamps, I'm talking about people that abuse the system. My family is really struggling now financially and it's hard to pay bills, but we don't qualify. I went to the store the other day, and this lady in front of us, in new clothes, had her hair done, nails done buying all these expensive items and here I am in clothes I've had for years and my child in hand-me-downs barely able to pay for our basic, generic items. Does this happen to anyone else? Does it bother anyone else as much as it does me?
