You will feel sorry after reading this, that Veeru is not the best opening batsmen, because of him India lost all the one day matches in south Africa.

you have a wrong opinion on viru,it is not only because of viru we lost the match..cricket is a kind of game in which one man disclaims to do the job the other man should take his position...

i agree to u, sourav ganguly and utthapa should open for india in world cup. Gambhir is likely to be out from the squad. and if viru(shewag) will come in form by the world cup start,then he could bat down the order,so that he can accelarate the run rate.

Offcourse, Sachin is the best opener in the indian team. Infact he is the best opener in the world as he scored 37 of his 41 centuries in the opening slot.

SACHIN is the best indian opener. whenever he play as an opener ,he can play the role of anchor and is capable of making fast runs . and most importantly he has experience on his side as an opener.

dhoni would be preferreble for that position than any other position
