Is it true that if one does not earn a minimum of $10 each month..the money earned is not credited to you? please do let me know..

The money stays in your account and you do not receive a payout until your account reaches $10 if this is what you have your payout set at. I changed mine to $25 and hopefully will be receiving my first payout on the 15. Good luck and happy posting.

It is not true. Your previous months earnings (less than $10) will be carried forward to your next month earnings.
