Do you think Iraq will ever be able to run a civilized country??

Iraq can become a different country, but it will take time as it has been having problems for many years before the USA and UK entered the picture. There was sectarian violence before that, citizens who did not agree with Saddam were murdered. Yes I think that the majority of the country do want peace and to run their own country, but besides the recognised foreign troops in Iraq, there are others who are intent on stirring up trouble for their own purposes. Someone is supplying arms and ammunition to the rebels there and without those things it would be much calmer I believe. Of course there will always be an element that will say that the USA started it but this was not the case. It started a long before then, even before the invasion of Kuwait in fact.
