Do You Work With Rude Co-Workers?

I don't, but I have before in previous jobs! I hate rude people who think they're better than anyone else!

I teach at a secondary boarding school. The staff is very close since we work and live in the same place. Like any family, there are times when we disagree with each other, but I would never say that we are rude. I do not recall working at any job with rude co-workers. I worked at a grocery store during college and we had some rude customers but no rude co-workers.

That's great you work closely with people. I wish it was that way all over the place, but unfortunately, it will never be. I worked a commercial real estate firm with appraisers that had big egos and thought they could push me around since I was the clerical person. Over the years, I have learned to stick up for myself and say something to someone if they offend me or come across to me the wrong way. I have to say now, except for my supervisor, I work with very nice ladies.
