Who decides how much a posting is worth? And does Mylot have a team of people that go through and read all these postings? I'm very curious about this.

I'm with you there, I have no idea how they decide what to pay for what and to who.. there are so many posts per day that they would have to have a HUGE team to decide who got how much money for what because I know that I don't get the same amount for everything. I'm starting to think they pay by the character.. if you type 10 characters then it's worth 1/2 of a cent. lol

I have been trying to figure out the pay schedule andit makes no sense to me. I saw someone posted how you were suppose to get paid but according to it I would have made more. As for someone screening the work and paying accordingly that seems so impossible, maybe the rely on mylotians to report things to them I saw a post about that also. It would be nice to have some more clearer guidlelines on the pay scale though. Mylot do you here us??? Good luck to you here at mylot!

I was wondering the same thing. Becomes we know it is just too many postings for only a few people to read every single one but i guess anything is possible. May be they have a system to pick out key words to determine if answers are related to the discussion.
