P2P filesharing, advantages and disadvantages

what do you think about Peer-to-peer filesharing such as when you are using limewire? what are the advantages and disadvantages of using it? explain.

On my case, it really is an advantage 'cause what you want, you get immediately. The only disadvantage is to receive programs which when you open contains a virus.
