how are people making money here?

Hello, I've been on mylot for a few days just piddling and posting here and there. I've gained a whole 75 cents. Not complaining, cause I would have been posting somewhere and here I can make a little bit, but what is with these posts from people making several dollars a day? Have they been here for a while? Do you have to build up a bunch of people that you've referred, what? Of is everyone just making a few cents a day? How much on average are you making, and how much time are you putting in, and what are you doing? Starting discussions, responding, tagging extensively, referring, what? Thanks in advance, Lynda

I make a few cents a day, but I do supplement it, if you wnat to pm me I can give you some links/tips, thing is I dont want to post here in case I get into trouble for spamming.

I am with you, just making a few cents a day, not several dollars a day. I think the people who earn several dollars a day have many referrals, whereas I haven't referred anyone. Bottom line...don't expect mylot to pay your mortgage...its more of a hobby than anything else.

hmm.. to tell you quite frankly.. i've just recently joined myself.. i've just earned about 38 cents for now.. i'd sure like to see when it reaches $10 so at least i can get the feel of being rewarded here :)
