why does black absorb heat?

why do we fell hot when standing in sun wearnig black and not so hot when wearnig white

Black absorbs all colours of the spectrum and thus all the energy, which we feel as heat. White reflects all of the colours of the spectrum and thus we feel cooler.

Black is a color which absorbs all the visible light color as well as the UV rays! therefore we feel hot
and white reflects all the heat
