I've tried this a lot of times. Drinking cups of coffee. Especially when I'm having my exams. But, I've noticed that it doesn't have any effect on my body. I mean, i'm still sleepy! lol I thought coffee can keep me wide-awake. I guess I was wrong. Do you think so?

Well I donot drink either coffee or tea. But I heard that tea works better than coffee in this context. I also heard that when we take coffee, we sleep early. Is it true?

Based on my experience, i can't sleep at all after i drink coffee. it happened so many times and i promised myself not to drink coffee anymore if i want to have a good night sleep. I guess it's not applicable to everyone.
