need help getting the patch to quit Smoking

there are so many users who are adicted to smoking. I just want to tell you that you have to belive on yourself. You will not die if you don't smoke, but you will if you don't quit it.

Try contacting the patch company itself, some of them offer free samples and supplies to people with no insurance. If that doesn't work try contacting the American Lung Association in his or her state and they may be able to help get them.

I'm in the same boat as your friend. I've been doing it cold turkey and not doing so well. I'm using life savers and gum and trying to keep my hands and myself busy, Im also eating alot more but Im gonna keep on trying. If anything I have cut down soooo much maybe I have 3 or 4 smokes a day. That's much better than a pack.
