Should Robin Uthappa be in world cup squad?

After a good opening performance in the third match of the series,Uthappa has proved himself as a good batsman.Do you think he should be given a chance in the world cup?Should he be tested against better countries?One performance is not enough to earn a place in the world cup team according to some people.There are a lot of players like Kaif,Laxman who are knocking the door.What do you think?
